CURRENT PERSPECTIVES ON HEALTH CARE DECISION MAKING

On Sunday morning, November 13, at the Samuel Field Y, 58-20 Little Neck Parkway, at 9:30 a.m. together with the Coordinating Council on Bikur Cholim of Greater New York, the Queens and Northeast Queens Jewish Community Councils and the Samuel Field Y, present a forum entitled, "Current Perspectives on Health Care Decision Making: Legal, Medical-ethical and Rabbinic".

The speakers will be Lawyer Jay Sangerman, Dr. Allen Bennett and Rabbi Tzvi Flaum of the Torah Center of Hillcrest. "The Subject will deal with living wills, health care proxies, and related issues. It should prove to be a valuable and interesting morning," according to Dr. Arnold Honig,  QJCC Vice President and Past-President of the NEQJCC, who arranged the program who added, "I am deeply grateful to Rabbi I. Trainn for making this program possible. I hope that we can continue to bring programs of this caliber and value to our community."
