Bearak and Executive Director Anne Lukin. Judge Wachtler 's addressthe topic, the concluding lecture of the NEQJCC's two-part 1991 Fall Lecture Series, Crime & Punishment, will take place at the Samuel Field YM&YWHA, 58-20 Little Neck Parkway in Little Neck on Sunday November 17, 1991, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
