 NORTHEAST QUEENS JEWISH COMMUNITY COUNCIL HONORS AM CLARK, JEWISH LEADERS; AND INSTALLS OFFICERS            
      The  Northeast Queens Jewish Community Council [NEQJCC] presents three Awards for Outstanding Service, including one to Assembly Member Barbara
       Clark who serves as Assistant Majority Whip, at its Annual Installation and Awards
      Reception, 11:00 a.m., Sunday, October 26 at Bellerose Jewish Center, 254-04 Union Turnpike (one block east of Little Neck Parkway) in Floral Park, announced NEQJCC President Jack
      Friedman.  City Council Finance committee Chair David
       Weprin will install NEQJCC's
      officers, including Mr. Friedman to a first term as President, reported Corey
      Bearak, chair of the NEQJCC's Executive Committee. The other honorees are William Frumkin, chairman of the board of Samuel Field Y and member of the Jewish Communal Network Commission, UJA-Federation of New York; and  NEQJCC Immediate Past President Jeffrey
      Gurdus.  Hadassah Queens President Renee Freeman will present Rivka Fox Youth Awards to Danielle Longueira and Jeffrey Goldberg.  NEQJCC Executive Director Gail Eisenberg thanked
